I managed the project, mapped the logic & designed the UI/UX for the developer.
Factory, payments, SIMs, shipping & email are each an adapter. Each operator connects its own.
A powerbank only leaves a station for good when someone buys it. Each station gets a stock-out date from its last 30 days of purchases. The warehouse gets one too, so the factory order goes in before the lead time.
Operators restock through Robin. We ship compliant powerbanks so machines stay stocked.
Every area mapped as states, actions & rules, then put in build order. Team app first, then a portal for venues & distributors, then a map app for field staff.
